Hi, I’m Chris, the founder of Ignore The Crumbs – a website dedicated to new adventures. Firstly, I appreciate you dropping by.

Back in 2014 I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, an autoimmune condition that means I have to eliminate gluten from my diet. With a lifestyle focused heavily around late night pizzas and breakfast baguettes, it took a fair amount of adjusting.

In September 2018 my wife and I quit our jobs and packed our bags, with a view to spend the next several months doing what we love most – travelling around South East Asia.

I started this site to document our journey travelling the world as a couple, occasionally touching on how I navigate this while living a gluten-free lifestyle.

It’s mainly geared towards people with a thirst for adventure who are either looking for inspiration, planning their own trip or are just looking to read some travel stories.

As a good starting point, you can see what we have planned on our current adventure or take a look at our latest travel journal entry.

I really hope you enjoy Ignore The Crumbs. Please feel free to get in touch with any comments or questions you may have. I’ll be happy to help where I can!

What are you waiting for? Jump right in.
