I was unfortunately confined to the bedroom for most of our time in Khao Lak. We still managed to explore the incredible Surin Islands, enjoy some mojitos and witness a beautiful sunset.
We fell in love with Thailand all over again as we adjusted to the much slower pace of island life. Eventually venturing out for a spot of snorkelling, cave climbing and kayaking before trying our best to stay upright on a scooter.
We welcomed Goa with open arms, but it sadly meant our time in India was fast coming to a close.
We finally head down South for a welcome change of pace and chased crabs in Varkala.

We decided to go against our better judgment, which led to us having the most expensive coffee either one of us has ever had to pay for (€76, in case you were wondering), and avoid the oversubscribed island excursions sold around Paxos.
